How to Find your Mercedes Radio Code
It is quite simple to remove your Alpine radio. You will need a set of radio release keys (PC5-132). These are inexpensive and are around £3 – £5, you can obtain them from a local car audio shop or Online.
Once you have the radio release keys, push them into the 2 holes in each bottom corner of the radio (See image), apply a little pressure and the radio will release from the dashboard. The radios label is located on the radio’s casing.
Mercedes Label
The Alpine radio serial starts with AL and is 14 digits long. This is usually on the back of the radio, engraved underneath a white label. Please see image for reference.
Audi serial number example: AL 2910 Y 01 04000

How to Enter your Mercedes Radio Code
Turn on the radio, “CODE” should be displayed on the screen
To enter the code only requires the use of pre-set buttons 1–4.
Start with button 1 pressing multiple times until the correct first digit is shown on the screen
Next repeat the same with buttons 2,3 and 4 until the correct code is displayed.
If you go past your desired number, keep pressing until cycled past 9 and goes back to 0.
If you have entered the code correctly on the radios display, simply press and hold one of the arrow buttons to confirm your entry.
