Unlock codes are calculated and generated using manufacturer algorithms, database lookups, or serial number decoders based solely on the vehicle and radio details provided by the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Ownership

• Lawful Ownership: You certify and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the vehicle and radio device for which you are requesting an unlock code.
• Accuracy of Serial Number: You are solely responsible for providing the exact, correct radio serial number and model information as printed on the radio unit or displayed on screen. Code calculations depend directly on the serial number submitted.
• Legitimate Use: The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including unlocking stolen property or unauthorized tampering with vehicle equipment.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Prices for radio unlock codes are clearly stated on the checkout page prior to purchase. All fees must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Payze). We do not store financial or credit card data.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Radio unlock codes are digital intangible goods. Once payment is confirmed, the code is immediately delivered electronically on your confirmation screen and dispatched via email to the address provided during checkout. In rare cases where manual database lookup is needed, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
